Pepe Aguilar Floor Projection

Project overview

Across 2017 and 2018, this Pepe Aguilar touring setup incorporated floor projection into the live show, extending the visual canvas onto the performance surface.

Technical role

For Green Dream, the technical work included d3 media server operation for floor-projection playback.

Technical approach

Unlike a conventional upstage screen, the mapped surface shared the stage with the performers. The case study therefore concentrates on operating the d3 playback for that floor canvas.
