Project overview
The 2021 MDL Soundstorm Dance Stage required a distributed video workflow: media servers were positioned behind the screen while control remained at front of house. The distance between those positions shaped the technical preparation for the Riyadh festival.
Technical role
Alfonso supported system configuration, connectivity and server preparation for the Dance and Down Stage racks, with direct responsibility for organizing the Dance Stage rack.
Technical approach
d3 and Resolume systems were connected through fiber runs and extenders for long-distance signal management. The work focused on rack organization, integration support and readiness before the system entered live operation.
