Project overview
The AFC Asian Cup 2019 opening ceremony took place in Abu Dhabi in January, supported by a timed LED-screen playback workflow.
Technical role
For MEDIAPRO AV, Alfonso programmed the assigned screen playback in WATCHOUT 6.
Technical approach
WATCHOUT 6 and SMPTE timecode formed the core of the workflow, allowing programmed content on the LED screen to follow the ceremony’s external timing reference.
